Can I get Season Pass 2 for iOS or Android?
Sentinels of the Multiverse is currently available from Steam, iTunes, Google Play and the Amazon Appstore. Of these stores, the only one that makes Kickstarter fulfillment easy (or possible at all) is Steam. As a result, you will notice that reward levels that offer a copy of Season Pass 2 list “Steam Key” on them. If you play Sentinels on Steam (or would like to start), you can back the project and select one of these reward levels.
Google Play allows us to distribute a limited number of promo codes for In-App Purchases. If you play Sentinels on Google Play, you can back the project and select one of the “Android” reward levels (at $25 or $35) to get a Google Play Promo Code for Season Pass 2.
Kickstarted copies of Season Pass 2 will only be fulfilled via Steam Keys or Google Play Promo Codes.
If you are a mobile player and do not want to purchase via Steam, there is currently no sanctioned way to directly fulfill a Kickstarter reward via Apple or Amazon app store mechanisms. However, we wanted everyone to be able to participate in this campaign so we have included 2 specific backer levels for mobile players.
If we get at least 500 backers at the Mobile Sidekick, Mobile Tachyon, The Android We Need, and The Quickest Android We Need levels combined, we will discount Season Pass 2 by $5 when it goes on sale on Google Play, the Amazon Appstore, and iTunes for a limited time. Watch out for status updates in the Updates section!
We think this is the best way to allow our wonderful mobile fans to participate in the Kickstarter, while still offering consistent pricing for Season Pass 2 across platforms. And not only that, but ALL mobile sales of Season Pass 2 during this discount period will be counted towards any unmet stretch goals!

Can I get a copy of The Super Scientific Tachyon variant card? They are all gone!
We have held some copies back to make sure we’d be able to offer the card to as many people at as many different levels as possible. There exist a total of 1600 cards that could be claimed throughout the campaign, so here’s what we’re going to do:
At 11 am Eastern time each day, we will see which limited levels are full and add 50 more cards to each full level. We will do this every day of the campaign until all 1600 are claimed. If there’s a tie at the top limit, we’ll divide them up evenly between the full levels.
We think this is a good way to allow people who might have missed the card on day 1 a chance to get it. So if you’re waiting for a chance to get a Tachyon variant, set your alarm clock!

Why should I back the Kickstarter campaign? I'll just get it at retail.
Season Pass 2 is only guaranteed to exist at all if the Kickstarter campaign succeeds. We need your help to make sure it can be built! So if you decide not to back the campaign, there’s a greater chance you’ll never get to play Season 2 at all. And there’s no risk of losing your money - if you pledge and the campaign does not succeed, your credit card will not be charged.
Furthermore, each backer gets some bonus content when we fund, and stretch goals will also include bonus content only for backers. The more you help, the more you (and everyone else) will get!

How can I get Season Pass 2 for both Steam and Google Play?
Since Google Play limits the number of promo codes we can distribute, we cannot offer them as an add-on. To get both, you can change your reward level to The Android We Need or The Quickest Android We Need, then add $25 to your pledge for a Season Pass 2 Steam Key Add-On.

How can I get Season Pass 2 for both Steam and Google Play?
Google Play limits the number of promo codes we can distribute. We have a limited number available as Add-Ons through BackerKit.
What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
