The Sentinels 5th Anniversary Celebration Has Begun!

As you know, Sentinels of the Multiverse first launched for tablets on October 16th, 2014. It came to Steam two months later. In the five years since, more than 250,000 copies have been sold, and there’s still more to come. Thank you for your support over the years - and thanks for saving the Multiverse!
Sentinels of the Multiverse will be free-to-try all weekend on Steam. The game, ALL expansions, and ALL soundtracks are also discounted through Monday, but that’s not all!

After working with Greater Than Games on Sentinels of the Multiverse and Bottom of the 9th, we partnered with other companies to make One Deck Dungeon and Aeon's End. But it's now time for our 5th digital tabletop game, and for this one we're partnering once again with our good friends at Greater Than Games. Say hello to Spirit Island!
Spirit Island is a deep strategy cooperative game (what can we say, we like the co-op). Players take on the roles of the spirits of the island, and need to work together to build their powers. Protect the land and the native islanders, the Dahan, from the colonizing Invaders spreading blight and destruction!
Lots of Sentinels fans already know and love Spirit Island (it is the home of the Nexus of the Void after all). The game itself seems very different than Sentinels on the face of it. Simultaneous turns? A board to control? But we promise, that sweet, sweet co-op gameplay you know and love from Sentinels is here in spades. Team up with several powerful spirits to drive those colonists back into the sea!

Next Wednesday, October 16th marks the 5th anniversary of the launch of Sentinels of the Multiverse into the digital realm. In that time, more than 250,000 people have installed the game, and more than half a million expansions have been sold. In celebration, join us from October 15th-21st to celebrate, play some games, and raise some money for a good cause!
Charity
For this year's charity, we are raising money for I Need Diverse Games:
"I Need Diverse Games via all associated platforms and members; including but not limited to: Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and other mediums seeks to bring projects, works and research by marginalized folks to light. We also seek to discuss, analyze and critique identity and culture in video games through a multi-faceted lens rooted in intersectionality." Read More.
We will be donating $1 for each Season Pass or Season Completion Bundle sold during the event, and you will also be able to donate yourself via Tiltify.
Streaming
It wouldn't be a Handelabra party without streaming! Our whole stream team will be on hand throughout the week, but it all kicks off on October 15th at 7 PM Eastern on a very special Handelabra Live, featuring a Sentinels of the Multiverse Listening party. That's right, Jean-Marc has been working on hero theme songs! You'll have to tune in to see which heroes he'll be playing for you!
But that's not all, visit the Tiltify page to see the full schedule of streaming events, and tune in when you can. Note that the schedule is still being finalized, as we are looking to add even more! And don't worry, all streams will be posted to our YouTube channel after the fact.
Free Weekend and Sale
This year we are once again working with Steam to offer a free weekend for Sentinels! From October 15th-21st, the game will be free-to-try on Steam. If you know anyone that's been looking to try the game if it weren't for the cost, let them know they'll be able to play for free all weekend.
We can't let the cat out of the bag too early, but as always you can expect great discounts on all things Sentinels for the entire week. We'll have more details on discounts once the event is live next week.

We are thrilled to be once again collaborating with Greater Than Games to bring their hit settler destruction game Spirit Island to Steam. 5th Anniversary news, Aeon's End, and Spirit Island!

On October 16th, Sentinels of the Multiverse: The Video Game will be celebrating its 5th anniversary! We can't believe it's been 5 years since we first launched the game onto iPad and Android tablets. Just 2 short months later, Sentinels came to Steam, and then 1 month after that, the expansions began with Mini-Pack 1.
Join us from Tuesday, October 15th through Monday, October 21st to celebrate the game and raise some money for charity! We'll have more info next week on the streaming schedule, as well as which charity we will be supporting this year. However, we can tell you that there will be great deals on all things Sentinels, plus Sentinels of the Multiverse will be free-to-try all week on Steam! If you have friends that have always wanted to try the game, now's their chance to do it absolutely free!

If you haven't been following along, Aeon’s End is a deck-building game where you create a team of up to 4 mages who will fight cooperatively to defeat whichever Nameless nemesis has come through the breach today. You begin with a starting deck of 10 cards, with 5 in hand. Each turn you play gems to gain aether, which is used to buy new gems and relics, learn new spells, and increase your casting potential by opening additional breaches. You can also play relics to give yourself or your allies a boost. Then prep spells to your opened or focused breaches to be ready to cast them on your subsequent turns. Many people say that Aeon's End feels a lot like Sentinels of the Multiverse in how it plays as it also uses a team vs big bad dynamic.

Spirit Island
Now that Aeon's End is officially released across all platforms, we've begun work on our next project: Spirit Island.
Spirit Island is a cooperative, settler-destruction strategy game designed by R. Eric Reuss and set in an alternate-history world around A.D. 1700. Players become different spirits of the land, each with their own unique elemental powers, forced to defend their island home from colonizing Invaders spreading blight and destruction. Your spirits work with the native islanders to increase your power and drive the invading colonists from your island in this strategic area-control game.
