Mini-Pack 4 shipping soon?
In case you haven’t been following along, we wanted to give all the digital denizens of the Multiverse an update on the state of shipping for OblivAeon. Our ability to ship the final digital content is directly linked to when the physical versions arrive at people’s doorsteps (see our previous update for details).
Earlier this month, Greater Than Games posted an update and a follow up with some more detailed information. If you don’t want to click through and read them, the practical upshot is that it’s possible, maybe even likely, that some people will begin receiving OblivAeon at some point in July. Our goal is to be ready with Mini-Pack 4 once we have confirmation of people receiving OblivAeon, and we’ll keep you posted as we have more info.
Mini-Pack 4 will feature the heroes Benchmark & Stuntman, the villain Chokepoint, and the Celestial Tribunal environment. They've been previewed on Sentinels Live a number of times now, including with Christopher Badell himself!
.
Fanatic, the Dungeoneer!
One of your favorite Sentinels has crossed over into our latest game: One Deck Dungeon!
When 6 year old Helena was hit by a city bus in the streets of Lima, she should have died. She was in fact pronounced dead on the operating table, but suddenly sprang back to life exactly three minutes later. She spoke adamantly of visions of heaven and claimed that God had sent her back for a purpose beyond her understanding.
Years later, she stumbled upon an ancient cache of Templar arms and armor. With a determination bordering on fanaticism, she trained herself in the use of it. After a year of solitary prayer, It was time for her to fulfill her purpose: to purge the world of evil.
In some realities of the Multiverse, Fanatic joined the costumed Sentinels of the world and became a Prime Warden. In this disparate reality, she seeks out and destroys evil within the darkest dungeons!
Fanatic is available as an In App Purchase on iOS and Android and for Steam here. Sentinels players will recognize her powers and we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by just how well she fits in this new role as a dungeon delving hero!
Summer Sale
And finally, the 2018 Summer Sale has kicked off today! Sentinels of the Multiverse is just $2.99 (USD) on any store so if you’ve been looking for an excuse to add the mobile version, or try it out on your PC, now’s the time! All expansions are also $1 off, and soundtracks are discounted too.
And just to round things out, you can also pick up Bottom of the 9th for just $1.99! The summer sale lasts until July 5th, and spans all stores so check it out here, tell your friends and thanks as always for all your support!
Mini-Pack 4 Preview With Christopher - Tonight at 7 Eastern

Back in April we gave you a pretty big update on the rest of Season 2 content now that OblivAeon is getting closer and closer to shipping. If you just skimmed that update, you may have missed the fact that tonight on Sentinels Live we will be giving you a first look at some of the new content coming in Mini-Pack 4!
2 weeks ago, Greater Than Games did several live streams showing off the mini-expansion decks and talking through cards. On Tabletop Day, they did a live playthrough with some of those decks.
.
But for those of you who prefer to get your Sentinels fix digitally, join us tonight at 7 pm Eastern on our Twitch Channel. Christopher Badell will be joining John and Jeremy to help Benchmark and Stuntman make their digital debut.
It’s the digital/physical crossover event you’ve always wanted!
Spring Development Status Update

It's been a while since we posted a big update, and we've been fielding lots of questions about how things are going in Handelabra land. TL;DR: we've been working away on Season 2, and hope to show more of it to you soon!
2.5.11 Bug Fix Release Coming Soon
We are working on a release with many bug fixes and small improvements. Stay tuned to our blog for news when that is available, hopefully later this week.
When is the rest of Season 2 coming?
The remaining parts of Season 2 are based on tabletop content that is not yet available. The tabletop OblivAeon expansion and related mini-expansions are in production, and the latest estimate for the shipping process to begin is June 2018. Once the physical products have been released, we will be able to start releasing the digital versions. Note that we are not promising specific release dates below. As always, we will release content only when it's ready.
Since we are close partners with Greater Than Games, we have been working on Season 2 content for quite a while now. We're looking forward to getting it to you soon!
Upcoming Previews
Greater Than Games will be doing tabletop content previews this week on their Twitch channel. Tune in today (Monday), Tuesday, and Thursday at 10 AM Central to get a glimpse of Benchmark, Stuntman, and the Void Guard.
On Tuesday May 8th at 7 PM Eastern, watch Sentinels Live for a preview of those same decks in digital form! Christopher Badell will join us to introduce the content and discuss their development.
Mini-Pack 4
The next upcoming expansion for Sentinels is going into beta testing this week. It contains Chokepoint, Benchmark, Stuntman, and The Celestial Tribunal. We have previewed The Celestial Tribunal on Sentinels Live, take a look!
.
Mini-Pack 4 DLC will be released no earlier than the start of the OblivAeon tabletop shipping process.
Mini-Pack 5
The Southwest Sentinels are back, now as the Void Guard! All of the 4 heroes in this expansion are currently in alpha testing. We are working toward getting it into beta testing.
Mini-Pack 5 DLC will be released no earlier than when the majority of the OblivAeon tabletop shipping process is complete.
OblivAeon
The end of the Multiverse is coming, and David has been busy in the code mines. All of the 5 heroes and 5 environments in this expansion are currently in alpha testing, and the OblivAeon scenario itself is in development.
.
Furthermore, the environment backgrounds by Jennifer and music by Jean-Marc are well under way. Spoiler alert: it's some of their best work!
OblivAeon DLC will be released no earlier than when the OblivAeon tabletop shipping process is complete.
Odds & Ends
The Digital Foil Villain Collector's Pack is also waiting on OblivAeon tabletop shipping, and will likely be released at some point during that process. That update should also include the "original" artwork for the hero variants from the Fall of the Variants (and Omnitron-U).
The Sounds of Victory: Part 1 (theme songs for Season 1 heroes) continues to be a background item since Jean-Marc is focused on the priority OblivAeon content. We expect to release that in the future after OblivAeon is complete.
We hope that gives you a clear picture of the road ahead. Onwards and upwards!
Fanatic Theme Preview, and it’s Gift-mas Time!

It’s music, music everywhere this month! Last week Volume 7 of the soundtrack was released to backers and over the next week or so you should start seeing it showing up in all the usual places. For instance, you can now buy Volume 7 directly from Handelabra.com.
As we mentioned in a previous update, one of our heroes is taking a trip down into the One Deck Dungeon (campaign closes this Friday at 1 pm ET!). In honor of this crossover event, Jean-Marc has been hard at work in the music mines creating a song to usher Fanatic along on her journey to another game. Fanatic’s theme is nowhere near finished, but we thought you might want to hear a preview of how it’s shaping up.
Fanatic is coming to One Deck Dungeon with the 30k stretch goal, which is still totally within reach by Friday. If you haven’t already checked it out, we think fans of Sentinels of the Multiverse will really enjoy One Deck Dungeon. The game is co-op, heavily thematic, and strategic in all the same ways you love about Sentinels.
If you are curious about what One Deck Dungeon is all about, you can watch your favorite Sentinels developers play the tabletop game here:
.
Also, Jeremy chatted with the folks from Roll For Crit at PAX Unplugged:
Guise wanted us to let you know that it’s that time of year again. Why not give the gift of Sentinels with a Multiverse themed stocking stuffer? Head over to the Handelabra store for printable Steam gift cards for Sentinels, Season Passes, and Bottom of the 9th!
Everybody Gets a Soundtrack - Plus One Deck Dungeon News

– Wed, Nov 22, 2017 at 09:00:36 PM
It took longer than we would have liked but the latest soundtrack is now ready for prime time! Say hello to Villains of the Multiverse: The Soundtrack.
This soundtrack will eventually be available from all the usual sources: Steam, Handelabra.com, Bandcamp, iTunes, Google Play etc. But that doesn’t matter to you, because backers get it first, and free, just like Volume 6! If you log into your Backerkit dashboard, you will now find a whopping 13 new digital downloads. The first 3 are the soundtrack proper, but the other 10 include all the source stem files you need to mix your own version of a team villain theme song. Check out Update #62 for more info on how to use these files.
One of the reasons this soundtrack took so long was because we wanted to include the music for the lone remaining non-OblivAeon environment that will ship with Mini-Pack 4. You got to hear a preview of it on our anniversary live stream, but now you all get to enjoy the final composition for Celestial Tribunal!
Full Track List:
Court of Blood
The Temple of Zhu Long
Magmaria
Madame Mittermeier's Fantastical Festival of Conundrums and Curiosities
Ambuscade
Biomancer
Citizens Hammer & Anvil
La Capitan
Bugbear
Greazer
Plague Rat
Miss Information
The Operative
Sergeant Steel
Celestial Tribunal
Villains of the Multiverse
One Deck Dungeon Funded!
If you haven’t checked in lately, we wanted to let all the Sentinels fans out there know that One Deck Dungeon is now fully funded! We’ve also announced that One Deck Dungeon will be coming to tablets within 1 month after it launches on Steam. If you back as a mobile supporter for just $1, you can even reduce that wait time, and maybe even bring the tablet version out day and date with the Steam version!
Now that we are fully funded, we are trying to get some stretch goals unlocked, the first of which is right around the corner. However, most interesting to Sentinels players is of course the $30k stretch goal which will bring Fanatic into the Dungeon. With more than a week left in the campaign, that goal is definitely within reach! So if you’d like to take Fanatic on a dungeon crawl, why not head over to the campaign and pledge?
